Delivery and Pickup
- Delivery Times: Delivery estimates are approximate. Traffic, weather, or high demand may cause delays.
- Delivery Address: You must provide a correct and complete delivery address. If you are not present to receive the order, our driver will attempt to contact you at the phone number provided.
- Unsuccessful Delivery: If delivery fails due to incorrect details or your unavailability, you may still be charged for the cost of the food.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 2 days of placing it for a full refund. Cancellations made after food preparation has started are not eligible for a refund.
- Refund Policy: If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or spoiled item, contact us immediately with photos. We will review the issue and offer a replacement!
Food Allergies and Dietary Information
- Allergen Warning: Our kitchen handles ingredients that contain allergens (such as nuts, dairy, gluten, and soy). We cannot guarantee that cross-contamination will never happen.
